About HIMSE

HIMSE (Himpunan Mahasiswa Software Engineering) is the official student organization at Telkom University Surabaya that nurtures students’ skills and interests in the field of Software Engineering. HIMSE serves as a platform for innovation, collaboration, and contribution to the university and broader community through tech-driven initiatives and software development projects.

My Role as President

As the President of HIMSE, I lead strategic direction and organizational operations, including:

• Spearheading major programs and events that foster student growth and engagement.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across departments for smooth execution.
• Representing the Software Engineering student body in academic and public forums

As the President of HIMSE (Software Engineering Student Association) at Telkom University Surabaya, I lead a vibrant and impactful student organization dedicated to advancing innovation, collaboration, and the professional development of Software Engineering students.

Key Achievements & Roles:

• Organizational Leadership: Directed HIMSE’s strategic programs and internal coordination, while actively representing the Software Engineering student body at institutional and public events.
• SEFEST 2025 Supervisor: Oversaw the flagship annual event, attracting over 150 competition participants and 70+ workshop attendees—boosting departmental exposure and engagement.
• Welcome Party & Buka Bersama 2025: Supported and participated in community-building activities attended by 100+ participants.
• Creative Media Contributor: Handled visual design and documentation for SEFEST 2024 and OSJUR 2024.
• EJSLS 2025 Supervisor: Managed the annual outreach event introducing the Software Engineering program to high school and vocational school students.
• Sahur on The Road & Orphanage Donation (2025): Acted as event supervisor and concept developer for this social initiative to give back during Ramadan.
• IDSTB Guest Lecture 2025 Supervisor: Supervised a successful academic seminar inviting industry professionals to share insights with Software Engineering students.
