Back End Developer Intern

Organization Overview
Peduly is a startup focused on mission-driven technology. During my internship I developed one of its SaaS products, Zainzo Contact , a campaign broadcasting and customer-messaging platform that centralizes conversations, supports scheduled sends, thread-level tracking, and real-time analytics.

Role Overview
I designed and built core backend services using Express.js and Laravel, including:
• RESTful APIs for campaign and messaging workflows
• Scheduling and queue workers for timed sends and background jobs
• Webhooks, template-based messaging, delivery and reply tracking
• Analytics endpoints and pipelines for actionable insights

Infrastructure and Server Operations
I managed development and production servers, set up environments and secrets, handled deployments, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting to keep services reliable and scalable.

What I Learned
I strengthened API design, scheduled job orchestration, real-world server operations, observability, and systematic debugging while shipping a SaaS product in a startup environment.
